Pre Laser Hair Removal
- Avoid tanning and sun exposure 1 week prior
- Stop use of self-tanning products 1 week prior.
- Shave the hair of the body part being treated before coming in for your treatment.
- Do not wax, pluck or use depilatories during your series of laser hair reduction.
- Avoid Botox and fillers 2 weeks prior.
Post Laser Hair Removal
- Avoid direct sun exposure, use SPF 30 or higher daily.
- Avoid harsh exfoliants on treatment area 1-2 weeks post.
- Avoid swimming, hot tubs and saunas for several days following treatment.
- Do not pick, rub or scratch skin where treatment was performed.
- Do not expect your hair to “not grow back” after a single session. Laser hair removal is a process.
