Terms and Conditions relating to: 

No Show / Cancellation Policy for Office Visits

At VAIN MEDI SPA, our goal is to provide quality services in a timely manner. We have implemented a no show and cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients. The following policy is in place for new patients that are requesting a consultation, and existing patients that fail to notify VAIN MEDI SPA of cancellation within 48 hours.

  • New Patients: All new patients to VAIN MEDI SPA require a “Consultation Deposit” for all VAIN MEDI SPA services. The appointment is not confirmed until you have paid VAIN MEDI SPA through the invoice that will be emailed to you the day we contact you. When VAIN MEDI SPA receives your deposit, it will confirm your appointment. If invoice has not been paid 5 days in advance of your appointment this will forfeit your time slot. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the patient’s first treatment. If patient does not receive treatment, the deposit will be considered a fee for consultation, and is non- refundable.

In addition, if the patient fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, or does not notify the office within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time, the “Consultation Deposit” of shall act as compensation to VAIN MEDI SPA in the form of a “No Show/Cancellation fee”, which is nonrefundable and cannot go towards future treatment.

In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration will begiven at VAIN MEDI SPA discretion, and a one–time exception may be granted.

  • Existing patients:  All existing patients to VAIN MEDI SPA who wish to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment must give VAIN MEDI SPA at least a 48-hour notice. If the patient does not give proper notice, VAIN MEDI SPA will require a “Rescheduling Fee” to reschedule another appointment. If patient shows up to the rescheduled appointment, the “Rescheduling Fee” will be deducted as a credit from the treatment total. If patient no shows or does not give a 48-hour notice to reschedule, the “Rescheduling Fee” is forfeited and is non-refundable.

Injector’s Fee/Deposit: $125.00

Esthetician’s Fee/Deposit $75.00 

If the patient’s appointment is cancelled by VAIN MEDI SPA, then the patient is not subject to this charge.
